Condition: Excellent (the straps may have been stretched .. see photo.. and they seem long. Straps are not adjustable so they may need to be shortened).
Size/fit: Size small, longer straps and generous fit.
Lay Flat Measurements: Chest 14” (plus elastic) 13" at elastic in middle, Hem 17", Length 21” (including strap which also has stretch)
